Platform Support
There is NO direct platform support for Helix and members of the team will never contact you to request information.
If you are experiencing issues when using Helix attempt the following steps;
For common product issues, check the Troubleshooting section of the Helix docs and Platform FAQ's.
Beginner guides on connecting a wallet and other issues can be found in Knowledge Base.
If you still cannot resolve the issue, join the Geometry community on either Discord or Telegram and ask a mod or one of our members. For users of the Geometry Discord, a support ticket system is in place. Please note: Community mods and team members are not customer service and can only provide advice on common issues encountered.
